Jim S. Hart

Jim Hart is a longtime partner at Williams Kherkher. Jim graduated from Texas Tech University, where he earned undergraduate and law degrees. He was also quarterback of the Red Raiders football team.

Jim heads up Williams Kherkher's Labor and Employment docket. In his nearly 15-year career at the firm, he has worked on numerous truck accident cases.

He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern districts. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas State Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association. Jim and his wife Susan have five daughters.

Jim Doyle

Jim Doyle is has been practicing law for 20 years and is a Williams Kherkher associate. He has successfully represented clients in all types of litigation, including injuries resulting from 18-wheelers and truck accidents.

Jim has a B.A. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and holds a J.D. from Oklahoma City University. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas. In addition, he is licensed in the U.S.

District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Third, Fifth and Seventh Circuits.

Jim is a member of the American Association for Justice, the State Bar of Oklahoma, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Bar Association.
